Cancellation & Refund Policies:
If you need to cancel the Workshop, please notify us 30 days prior to the start date of your Workshop. With a 30-day cancellation, we will refund your tuition, less a $125.00 administration fee.

If you cancel the Workshop less than 30 days before the start date of the Workshop 50% of your tuition will be refunded. If you choose to move your full tuition to another workshop either date or location the full tuition amount will apply. One Workshop transfer per student.

In the event the HD EXPO Workshop has to be cancelled, all fees will be fully refunded or they can be transferred to another Workshop. HD EXPO Workshops is not responsible to any travel or accommodation expenses if there is a cancellation. HD EXPO Workshops will be confirmed 15 days prior to the start date.

Under no circumstance will any refunds be made once the Workshop has started.

Meals:
Included in your tuition is a continental breakfast each morning and a catered lunch at the Workshop site. If you are working off site a box lunch will be provided. Throughout the day, coffee and water will be provided. Please note on application if vegetarian meals are required and you will be accommodated.

Travel & Accommodations:
Travel and accommodation are NOT included in the tuition and are the responsibility of the student. HD EXPO Workshops will assist with recommendations and discounted rates. Please log on to the website www.hdexpo.net/workshops – under Workshops or call (818) 842-6611.
