Operations Coordinator
Join HD EXPO - Createasphere, an entrepreneurial company well known within the technology & entertainment industry and be part of an innovative team with possibility for advancement. In this entry-level position, you must be a hard worker that is ultra organized, self-motivated, customer service oriented and thrive in a fast paced team environment. This position assists the busy Operations Manager in all aspects of operations and coordination for trade shows, hands-on workshops, membership events and online communities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support all logistical aspects involved with the quality execution of special events, expos and educational
- Coordinate the administrative tasks related to the registration process both on-site and pre/post event
- Act as the liaison with clients to develop meeting objectives, logistical needs, printed materials and methods to evaluate various aspects of the program
- Coordinate with vendors for housing needs, transportation, supplies, promotional materials and on-site services
- Audit logistics content on event websites and marketing materials to ensure accurate & complete event communications
- Follow up on prospective vendor and new location solicitations to maintain ongoing efforts to secure competitive industry rates for production services.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communications skills
- Exposure to event and/or the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills a must
- Strong sense of client service and professionalism
- Proficient on Mac, Excel, Word
- Current drivers license and insurance
- Ability to travel

Entertainment & Media Digital Asset Management Conference & Expo – Manager

This position is part of the management team and will participate in the growth and direction of the company and report directly to the President.
This is a unique position within the company and is accountable to oversee the success of the EMDAM events, online and overall brand.
We are seeking individuals that have tradeshow and conference leadership experience but most importantly digital asset management experience, relationships and deep understanding of this industry. This position will demand vision, execution, and understanding of building an in person and online community and the ability to call forth and manage for profit.

Senior Sales Executive
The Position
HD EXPO serves the entertainment technology community by providing leading tradeshows, education and an online community. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated sales executive to join our dynamic team in our Burbank office. The Senior Sales Executive will manage and grow the assigned territory by driving revenue through sales of exhibit booth space, sponsorships, and electronic media.
Responsibilities
- Sell exhibit booth space, sponsorships and electronic media to prospective accounts through existing relationships and generation of new leads
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity goals
- Develop and maintain knowledge about our clients, our market, our company, and our products
- Handle all aspects of the selling and closing process
- Track and report on all activities through our sales software
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
Qualifications
- Three years of direct sales experience
- Experience with trade show or online sales
- Experience with the entertainment technology community a plus
- Strong work ethic, high degree of initiative, and strong desire to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a small, enthusiastic and transparent team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with the Internet as a sales tool, specifically for gathering new leads and revenue opportunities
