HD EXPO Workshops’ VariCamp is a three-day extensive workshop covering all aspects of the Panasonic VariCam camera targeted at members of the entertainment/production communities. The attendees represent a national presence and use high end production technology and impact both regional and vertical markets. A sampling of companies that have attended VariCamps (2001–2007): PGA Tour Productions, National Geographic, Warren Miller Entertainment, CBS TV Network, HBO, Warner Brothers TV, NBC, E! Entertainment, Go To Team (NASCAR), and Disney/ABC Cable.

Participate in this unique sponsorship opportunity and become a part of the national branding included in this industry-defining workshop. HD EXPO offers two sponsorship levels, Gold and Silver, to a limited number of sponsors, each with a three workshop commitment.
VariCamp - Gold Sponsorship
Cost: $10, 500 annually (3 workshops)
Sponsorship includes:
- Premium presentation opportunity of product exclusive training and exposure (30 minute educational presentation at each workshop)
- Sponsor technology used throughout the workshop (product exclusive, sponsor must supply gear)
- One article annually with logo (90 words or less) in HD EXPO e-newsletter
- Display at workshop (table and tablecloth provided)
- Three scholarships seats at workshop annually
- One rental opportunity of VariCamp database
VariCamp - Silver Sponsorship
Cost: $4500 annually (3 workshops)
Sponsorship includes:
- Sponsor technology used throughout the workshop (product exclusive, sponsor must
supply gear)
- Display at workshop (table and tablecloth provided)
- Two scholarships seats at workshop annually
