Nick Theodorakis, Digital Imaging Supervisor

Nick Theodorakis is a Los Angeles based Digital Imaging Supervisor, focusing on Digital Cinema applications for feature length motion pictures. In this capacity he creates new HD workflows to meet the specialized demands of each production. This involves creating on-set systems in order to streamline the production and post-production processes as well as creating new highly integrated camera, color timing and editorial elements in an effort to build the bridge between the film and digital production worlds.

For the past 5 years Nick’s emphasis has been exclusively on 4:4:4 and uncompressed work stressing theatrical and 3-D productions for film and digital distribution. His credits include, Cloverfield, Superbad, U2 3-D, Walk Hard, Crank, and Miami Vice. He has also served as a technology consultant for companies such as Sony Pictures/Columbia Pictures, Warner Bros, Universal, Lakeshore Entertainment, NFL Films, Kodak, and Apatow Productions.
