Chris Watts, Visual Effects Supervisor
Chris Watts has worked in visual effects since the early 1990s. Before 300, he most recently served as visual effects supervisor on the remake of John Carpenter's classic horror film "The Fog," and Tim Burton's stop motion animated feature "Corpse Bride." Watts' other
credits as visual effects supervisor include "Gattaca," "Looney Tunes: Back in Action." On "Pleasantville" Watts pioneered the process now known as Digital Intermediate. He has worked on such films as "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban," "The Day After Tomorrow, "The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie," "Waterworld, and "Mary Shelley's Frankenstein." In 2004, Watts won a VES award for his work on the music video for Britney Spears' hit "toxic." He was nominated in 2001 for an MTV Music Video Award for U2's "Elevation."
